1 Introduction

Welcome to jilldd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilldd ("jilldd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilldd.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and progressive web application experiences.

By creating an account, accessing the jilldd platform, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the jilldd platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on jilldd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as aligned with PAGCOR guidelines for casino-style gaming. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately and any balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are strictly prohibited from registering accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jilldd or any of its affiliated gaming software providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilldd platform, and you must not be subject to any self-exclusion order you have placed through the jilldd Responsible Gaming tools.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jilldd platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times. jilldd shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilldd will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• Notify jilldd support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — this is strongly recommended.
• Do not access your jilldd account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks.

jilldd reserves the right to verify account information at any time. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accumulated during the period of non-compliance may be voided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jilldd supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and selected cryptocurrency channels. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Minimum deposit: ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum deposit limits per payment method are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically without prior notice.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name and has been verified through the KYC process. jilldd does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash & PayMaya: Typically 5–30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank (bank transfer): 1–3 banking business days.
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to blockchain confirmation times; typically 30–90 minutes.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to a security review and identity verification check before processing. jilldd reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal transaction as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

All funds deposited into your jilldd account must originate from a source that is legally owned by you. jilldd complies fully with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate regulatory authorities as required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jilldd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply to all jilldd promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 25x) will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Game contribution: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates for each promotion are published on the promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus per player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time.
• Maximum bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round may apply. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

jilldd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse bonus systems, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other dishonest practices, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jilldd platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by internationally accredited game providers. The outcome of each game round is determined fairly and independently of previous rounds. jilldd does not manipulate game outcomes.

By participating in any game on jilldd, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider's published rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the result recorded on jilldd's server, the server record shall be considered definitive.
• Technical malfunctions, including server outages, disconnections, or software errors, void all affected game rounds. Stakes for voided rounds will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or glitches in any game is strictly prohibited. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error may be voided at jilldd's discretion.
• jilldd reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was placed or participated in after a technical error was known or reported.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to play games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilldd platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker or live dealer tables.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the platform or its games.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, security systems, or servers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilldd staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting errors in odds, game results, pay tables, or promotions that are clearly the result of a technical error.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilldd platform — including but not limited to the jilldd brand name and logo, website design and layout, software and source code, graphics, animations, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilldd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilldd platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilldd content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Use the jilldd brand, logo, or any associated intellectual property in any manner not explicitly authorized in writing by jilldd.
• Frame or mirror the jilldd website on any other website or platform without written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilldd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilldd platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability caused by circumstances beyond jilldd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor outages.
• Any gambling losses incurred while using the platform, which are a known and accepted risk of participation in real-money gaming.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from technical failures outside jilldd's control.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, jilldd's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy

jilldd collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jilldd platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilldd does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, regulated payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities only to the extent necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

jilldd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. Gambling on the jilldd platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 years and above. It should never be used as a source of income or as a way to recover financial losses.

jilldd provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

12 Termination

jilldd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jilldd has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.
• Continuation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to jilldd.
• You have engaged in conduct that jilldd reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other users.

Upon account closure for cause, any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits in your account will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to an active investigation or forfeiture will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, typically 5–10 business days.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting jilldd support. Voluntary account closure requests are subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses. Real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal following identity verification.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact jilldd support to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. jilldd aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jilldd's decisions regarding game outcomes, account status, and bonus eligibility — where made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms — are final. Game outcome disputes based on certified RNG results are non-negotiable unless a demonstrable technical error can be proven through server logs.

14 Amendments

jilldd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilldd will notify registered players via email or a prominent on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jilldd.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the jilldd platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
